Apply now for this year's Future Leaders Programme

Are you a budding future leader within ENT and head and neck surgery? ENT UK is working with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh to support their Future Leaders Programme (FLP), an excellent programme designed to help you develop the advanced skills you need to excel as a leader.

The 12-month learning programme features virtual and face-to-face learning over four modules, each consisting of two days of live learning. There are in-person sessions in Birmingham and Edinburgh as well as self-directed Action Learning Sets.
