ENT UK sets up new trading arm

ENT UK is pleased to announce it has set up a trading arm which will deliver all the business-related activities of ENT UK so that the Association can solely focus on its membership and charitable aims. ENTUK Enterprises Limited was incorporated on 14 April 2024 as a private company limited by shares with ENT UK as the sole shareholder.

ENTUK Enterprises Limited will deliver the annual calendar of events including BACO, courses, admin services and any commercial activity such as consultancy. This will enable ENT UK to make VAT savings and will protect the Association from the risks of any commercial ventures. This is positive news for members as ENT UK will be using its resources more effectively. 

There are currently three Directors, ENT UK CEO Katie Nurcombe, and ENT Trustees Andy Kinshuck and Sean Carrie. We are looking to appoint a fourth Director to ENTUK Enterprises Limited, where that appointee will become its Independent Director and Chair.
