The BSO Juniors Day will be held on the 3rd of March 2026 at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Eastern Road, Brighton, BN2 5BE.
The event will host eminent speakers in otology from both the UK and Internationally.
Morning: Includes talks (specifically relevant to trainees) about developments in otology, changes and updates to training and also pastoral elements on making the most of a career in otology.
Afternoon: Experience dynamic simulation exhibitions, backed by leading industry partners, where groundbreaking technologies are showcased and delegates can get hands-on with the latest innovations.
Following on from the BSO Annual Meeting on the 2nd March 2026, the BSOJ conference on the 3rd March will be an excellent forum to meet like minded trainees, have informal discussion with trainers and promises to be the highlight of any budding otologist's calendar.

By Bus
Routes 1, 1A, 7, N7 14B, 14C, 23, 27C, 37, 37B, 47, 52, 57, 71, 73, 94A, 271 and 272 all stop outside the hospital.

The 271 and 272 bus services run between the Princess Royal Hospital and Royal Sussex County Hospital. These services are free to patients carrying an appointment letter for the date of travel.
By Train
Brighton Station is the nearest station. From the station, you can catch a bus or get a taxi to the hospital. Bus route 7 runs to the hospital from stop A at the front of the station up to every 6 minutes.
By Car
On-site multi-storey car park (North Car Park)

The multi-storey car park is is accessed from Bristol Gate by turning left just after the A&E entrance.
There are 20 disabled bays on Levels 6 and 6a which gives direct access into the hospital. There are also six dedicated renal bays for regular renal patients.
There are a small number of pick up/drop off bays inside the entrance to the multi storey car park. There is a 20 minute grace period for people using these bays after which charges will apply.
Underground car park (Louisa Martindale Building / LMB Car Park)
Open 5am – 9pm, 7 days a week.
