New ENT UK Foundation-funded research published

A brand new piece of research, supported by a grant from the inaugural round of ENT UK Foundation awards last year, has been published in BMC Medical Research Methodology. Entitled ‘Methodology for the development of national multidisciplinary management recommendations using a multi‑stage meta‑consensus initiative’, the report charts the authors’ mission to produce guidelines for the management of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma of unknown primary (HNSCCUP) using a novel methodology to maximise the likelihood of national adoption.

The ENT UK Foundation research grant that supported this initiative bore the highly propitious code RG001 - it will prove, we are sure, the first of many!
