New guidance on local anaesthetic rhinological surgery (LARS)

BRS, BRSJ and colleagues have produced a valuable document to help interested parties navigate a path to the successful set-up of local anaesthetic rhinological surgery (LARS) services. Across the UK, there is increased interest in LARS and the performance of rhinological procedures under local anaesthesia. There are many perceived advantages.
