Revised entry criteria for FRCS and other JCIE-administered exams

The Joint Committee on Intercollegiate Examinations (JCIE), along with the four Surgical Royal Colleges, has sought to harmonise the FRCS exam entry criteria between candidates in approved UK/Ireland training programmes and not-in-training candidates.
