Success for the 2024 ST3 Bootcamps

Last month, we hosted the annual ST3 Accelerated Learning Bootcamps in London and Leeds, marking another successful year of preparing newly appointed ENT registrars for their challenging roles. The course once again provided an array of practical, hands-on learning experiences, including animal, manikin, virtual, and mixed-reality platforms. Trainees found the course invaluable, particularly appreciating the interactive and engaging environment that fostered lively discussion and knowledge sharing. The sessions were of exceptional quality, with expert speakers delivering relevant and impactful content. A special thanks to the fantastic faculty who contributed their time and expertise, as well as to the organisers who made both the London and Leeds courses a resounding success. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with trainees leaving feeling more confident and well-prepared for their new roles. We look forward to further developing and running this course next year!
