About the webinar
WENTS (Women in ENT Surgery) are delighted to invite you to their second webinar on the theme of Research, which will be taking place the week of International Women's Day (IWD), from 7:30 - 8:30pm on Monday 3rd March 2025.
In keeping with the 2025 IWD theme of 'Accelerate Action', we are proud to present the successful applicants of the most recent Shyamala Educational Grants, which we launched on International Women's Day in 2024.
Hear from Alex Ashman (developing e-learning modules for trans-inclusive healthcare) and Isabelle Williams (safe return to clinical practice after maternity leave) who will discuss why their projects are important for inclusion in surgery, and share their progress thus far.
We hope attendees will be inspired to apply for the next grant, the details of which will be announced during the evening's proceedings.
We welcome all genders to this event and it is free to attend, although advance registration is required.
